Hello! I just downloaded my trial version 2 days ago. I am working my way through the "Create Your First Slide" tutorial.
Today, however, I received a message that there is an update. In attempting to download the update, I got an ERROR 800700E8. I opted to skip the update.
When going back to work on my slide, I was able to make a few changes. When clicking on PREVIEW, I was unable to preview and Articulate shut down.
Please advise.

Hi there, Susan! We did just release an update to Storyline 360 yesterday. These are the first things we explore when you get an error updating an app. Let me know if you need more help!
I got the same error, week after week. Luckily I could still use the software.
Only after painstakingly deleting all instances of Articulate, restarting my computer and downloading a full new install I finally haven't gotten an error anymore.
Glad that you were able to get past the error, Maaike. I appreciate you chiming in to share your solution.
If you run into any further difficulties, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly here.
I add the same problem und I add to delete all the articulate application before to delete Articulate 360. But it was complicated because Peek and Articulate were launched with Windows start. So I had to remove both programs in windows launch.
Thank you very munch for your help. I was becoming mad
Thanks for also coming back with what worked, Carlo!
I'm sorry that happened, but it's much appreciated that you added your insight for everyone! Please don't hesitate to give us a shout if you run into any trouble in the future.
