Hi there, Ajeet! I'm happy to help you get to the bottom of this.
A few questions to start:
Can I confirm that you're working locally?I'm pretty sure you may already be working locally, but it couldn't hurt to ask ☺️
Does this happen with other publishing formats?
Does this notice also appear when you try to export other project files? If this message appears on multiple files, we might recommend conducting a simple repair of Storyline 360. If this message appears on a particular file, could you try importing your the file into a new project to see if it helps?
If you're still running into that notice after those tips, are you able to share the .story file in this discussion or privately here? I'm happy to see if I'm able to export the course to Word on my end.
