Export Storyline (slide text details)

I need to export the actual Storyline slide WORD detail to extract a word count & begin analysis to translate an English course to other languages. I am unable to locate support that will allow for XML-based export or some other method that enables me to extract/export all of the "words" on slides, layers, etc. At present, I can only convert the NOTES to Word. That's not enough.
I intend to use the exported file to get the word count that will allow us to begin to cost each translation (which is priced as a combination of hours + words).
Is there a way to export a file to achieve this requirement?

You can export for translation in the file menu, you can get can a word count from here it will include some superfluous data though.
Hi Tom,
Give the Translation Export <> Import feature a try. It's specifically designed for the purposes you're looking at. Export, translate, reimport and all of the text is automatically applied where it needs to be. A few options including a word table and XML format.
Thanks. I had searched for topics on the forum for "export". Nothing was returned. I appreciate the support. Tom
Hi Tom and welcome to Heroes!
I'm glad that Phil and Steve were able to assist you here!
Also, if you're looking to refine the search capabilities a bit further, a number of us use the method described here by Adrian.
Hi Sanju,
There isn't a way to export just specific slides as a text file for translation or publish for word, but if you're looking to focus in on specific slides, please look at importing just those slides into a new file and then use that to conduct the export.
