All, I created a course in Storyline 1 that contained a fill in the blank interaction (attached). I upgraded to 360 and re-published the course after making some updates to content. After republishing, the space where the learner is expected to type their answer is not visible. Any ideas?
Yes, when I view the slides in edit mode, I can see the text entry field. I can also see it in preview mode. What I cannot see when in edit mode is the Submit button. I just added a new slide and manually added a button to see if it behaves differently when published to the LMS (which I have not done yet). Before I publish, I'd like your feedback.
I played with the course a little more. When I preview any of the slides, I can see the submit feature (or next, previous) for any view other than DESKTOP. Thought that might help sort this out?
I took a look at your file (thanks for sharing!), and it looks like you may have set all the player colors to match the background, so the button is not visible at all. When I modified the colors within the Advanced - Button options, the Submit button reappeared.
I took a quick Peek video (around two mins) to walk you through this and show you how I changed some things. You can watch it here.
Since you mentioned this was initially set up as a Storyline 1 file, I'd be curious if you were using some custom player colors there or if you didn't set these to be white? If you still have the -SL1 backup.story file that would be helpful for testing out how it initially looked and then I could upgrade that to Storyline 360 as well.
I tried your change and so far it appears to have worked in edit mode. Will publish and if you do not hear more from me, everything functioned as expected. Thanks again for your help.

Hi there Sarah! Happy to lend a hand with your file. First, can you tell me more about what's happening?
If you don't mind sharing the Storyline 360 file with me, I'd like to take a closer look!
