I have used a customised fill in the blank question with multi blank option from other resources. But in the review quiz, the correct answers and the typed answers are not shown and the client wants it to be shown.
To create this, you would need additional variables. I've created something similar that might be helpful! On the results slide, you'll see that I added a text box with the variable. This is to show the short answer responses in the Results Slide.
