Flickering fire!
May 22, 2014
Hi all
Curretly working on a mandatory health and safety package for Fire for hospital workers in the UK - Does anyone have any ideas how in storyline I can create the same flickering fire effect you can create in powerpoint?? All I can manage is flames that just grow from the animation list which is a bit naff!
Look forward to hearing from all you creative folks!
Thanks Hannah

Hi Hannah,
I have two fire different fire animations on my TRI-MAX 30 demo course. One is on the front splash screen and the other is on the Practice slide. You can reach it through the menu. Let me know if these will suit you.

Hi Jerson
Wow, thanks for your quick reply! The second animation in the practice slide would be ideal
Thanks Hannah
I forgot to mention that it is in a SWF format. Its on a long loop as well. Just extend it out on the timeline for however long you need it.

Thanks Jerson!

Hey Jerson,
How did you get that "freeform" animation on pen in "Preventative Checks and Maintenance" slide?
Thanks Patrick. The fire was created in Particle Illusion exported PNGs and then imported into flash to create the animation.
Ashi, I sent you a message about the pen.
Hi Jerson,
I'm chiming in a bit late here, but have just come across your fire and smoke. How did you do that?
Cheers,
Mel
Hi Melanie,
I'm not certain that Jerson is still subscribed, but you may want to look at reaching out to him by using the "contact me" link on his profile.
Hi Mel,
I used a software application called particle illusion. I'm not sure if it's still around.
