Forum subscription kaput?

I don't think this is the best place to post this inquiry, but, honestly, there's no category to submit a post on the forums themselves.
I've made the subscription choices that work for me, but, I don't get any e-mail.
Nope, the messages are not being routed into the Junk folder. And, yep, my e-mail address for my account is set correctly.
There was a random stop once before, but, after about a day the subscriptions returned to normal.
Any suggestions?

Hey Kelly!
Would you mind opening a case on this so we can do some formal investigating? Thanks!
Yes, of course; will do. Thank you.
Guess what? That link went to a feature request page rather than a support case form. So, I submitted my feature request for a forum category for forum posts, but, I did NOT open a case regarding Forum Subscriptions Kaput.
Oops, sorry about that, Kelly! I'll take care of it from here, and I'll edit the link for future reference
Hi Kelly,
It looks like you've been marked as "inactive" in our email server, so I'm looking into it now...
Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'll let you know as soon as I get more information.
Thank you; have a great day
Hey Kelly!
Thanks to some help from an awesome colleague, it would appear that your email account has been marked as SPAM. This can sometimes happen when an account has been compromised. In this case, you would need to contact Windows Live Support to resolve the issue with your msn.com email account. We can't lift the block.
Thank you. I'll go down the Windows Support path. TGIF!
Have a great weekend
Following up - According to Windows support, there isn't anything wrong with my MSN e-mail account. I've had enough support experience with Microsoft to NOT trust 'em out of hand. However, I've not had any other issues with that e-mail account.
Maybe there is some technological "bad blood" independent of my e-mail account?
Hmm, thanks for the update, Kelly. I'll go ahead and see if I can find any more possible solutions. Stay tuned
