Freezing on Results Slide

I have a video heavy course with a complicated quiz at the end. The quiz uses triggers to check two number inputs for the correct value then flips a true/false question to the correct answer and submits. After the quiz the user is directed to the results slide where randomly sometimes the module freezes with a spinning wheel mouse cursor.  In the development console I get the following error:

Nothing seems to fix the problem. I have rebuilt the results slide and still run into the problem. I have even rebuilt the module from scratch.  Does anyone have advice.
