I am using a slider to control several layers (appear and disappear) they work fine the first time - but when I move the cursor away and then try to get them to work again nothing happens - each time I reset the preview the same thing happens - works fine the first time but will not repeat - any ideas?
Do you have ONE slider on the baselayer that is used to show/hide layers or do use SEVERAL sliders (one for each layer)? If it's the latter, then make sure that all sliders are controlled by the same variable. You can always share your .story file here and someone will have a closer look.
