For the past week or so I've been unable to publish anything to Review 360 or to our LMS. I get the same message saying "something went wrong". Not helpful. My colleagues are not experiencing this problem, and I've never encountered it before. I have projects to finish, and this is frustrating. Any idea what's wrong? My software is up to date.
Hi Carole, if you haven't already, uninstall SL360 > reboot computer > re-install SL360. If that doesn't work, raise a support ticket as they may have some other suggestions.
Is this issue specific to one file, or are you experiencing this in any file you try to publish in Storyline 360?
As Sam suggested, you may try a repair to see if that solves the issue, and if it doesn't, connect with our support team to get to the root of why you're unable to publish!
