Help with .story file Jun 13, 2017 By Alan Albert I started developing a course in Storyline 2. I was then told to develop in SL 1. I cannot open the previous .story files in SL1. I get an error message indicating the file is being used by another process. What should I do?
Walt Hamilton Hero almost 7 years ago06/13/17 at 5:49 pm (UTC) SL1 cannot open SL2 files, and SL2 cannot export to SL1 (or PPT.) Pretty much your options are to give the tellers the option to continue developing in 2, or go back to 1 and lose all the existing work :( Good luck to you.
