Thanks, Michael. I realize I should have been more specific. I'm trying to find the hex code for a color that I used to fill a shape. Do you know if there's a way to do that?
There is an eye-dropper tool for selecting a color from anywhere on the screen, however, the color value won't appear until you click a color. Would that work for you?
if you create another shape and use the eye-dropper tool to pick the colour from the first shape to fill the second - that will then drop that colour into the box you see above.
Thanks, Ashley and Wendy. That's how I had done that in PowerPoint, but had difficulty figuring out how to find and do it in Storyline - but I finally found it. Sorry for the delay in replying, I do appreciate the help!

Check in the Design Tab, under Colors.

Hi Erin

Make sense?

No apologies necessary, but glad you were able to get things working as you needed.
Thanks, Ashley : )
