Hot Spot triggers in Storyline

I'm having trouble with hot spots in Storyline. I've used them successfully before, but now I have a bunch of hot spots over options in a drop-down list, each with a trigger to show a layer explaining the option. When I preview it, I can click on one, or maybe two of the 5 options, and then they just stop working - it ignores my clicking and stays on the layer it last displayed. I've tried deleting them and recreating them, no dice. I made sure that the layers aren't too long on the timeline, I've made sure that the hotspots are on top of the screen shot... Any ideas? I need to get this lesson to the client by the end of the day tomorrow!

Can you post a copy of your .story file so that we can take a closer look into the issue?
Thanks, I already spoke to someone in tech support. It was a layering issue - I had copies of the drop-down list with each option highlighted on the layers, and the screen shots were covering up the hot spots. So it was a layering issue. I fixed it by copying the hot spots onto all of the layers.
