Hi James,

 Thanks for reaching out!

You can try searching your email for a message from support@articulate.com. You might also want to check your spam or junk folder if you're not seeing anything in your inbox.

I see you submitted a support case on 3/16/23 about the results slide not working. It looks like my teammate, Ian sent you a response. Please let me know if this is the case you're referring to and if you'd like us to resend this email!

Hi James,

Thanks for the confirmation of your support case. I went ahead and forwarded the response from our colleague Ian to you again so that it will hopefully be at the top of your inbox. Fingers crossed!

Please let us know if any other questions come up. You can reach out within your support case via email.

Have a great afternoon!

Hi,

Soooooo... how DO customers access their tickets though your website?

I read these forums a lot. I notice Articulate folks rarely answer the question that was asked - like you did to this guy.

He wanted to know how to access his tickets through your site and you told him to search his emails.

There are only 2 possible answers to this question:

1. Here are the exact instructions to find your support tickets on our website. AND...

2. I'm sorry but we don't provide customer's access to your support tickets on our website. You have to search your emails, or be a Teams Member and then you can chat, etc.

It is a reasonable question. Which is it? Thank you.

Hi Michael,

I'm happy to provide some clarity on our support policy!

There isn't a way to track current or past support cases through the Articulate website, but you can submit a support case here. When a customer opens a case, our Support Engineers will communicate via email. You can search all emails from support@articulate.com or search by case number.

I see you have an open case and my teammate, Carlo, sent you a reply early this morning. Are you looking for assistance with this case?
