how do i auto send an email to one specified email address?

I want to send an certificate to a specified email address after my students finish all the quizzes. 

I assume that my students do not have their outlook set up. 

Is js a good way to approach this? Can anyone help?

if not, is it possible for me to keep track of all my students' scores in a database or a file?
