I'm trying to copy an image located in a Word document and paste it into Storyline yet it's not pasting correctly. I've tried the various options of pasting (match source destination, etc..) and yet nothing is working. Any suggestions?
That's what I've tried to do and yet the image that I'm saving doesn't look like the image in the Word document. In fact, the image I'm saving is not including all parts of the image and has a black background instead of the white background seen in the Word doc. I've never had this problem!
Just one quick thing I noticed. This isn't a single image. It is a bunch of images that have been grouped together. Try ungrouping them in Word and copying and pasting each image individually. It worked when I tried it.

Hi, try right-clicking the image in the Word document and then select "Save as Picture"
Save the image to your desktop or a path you remember.
You should then be able to insert the picture into Storyline by dragging it onto the slide or using the insert picture option.

Thank you for your help, Nancy!
Very strange. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Hi Holly
can you share the word doc with the pic in it - maybe someone can spot something.
You've helped by agreeing that this issue is strange, Nancy. Thank you!
Hi Wendy,
Attached is the image that I'm trying to copy from Word and paste into Storyline. Thank you for your help!
Very strange Holly, I couldn't even get the 'save as picture' option in Word so I put it into PPT and did it then created a storyfile.
See if either of these help.

Brilliant Wendy!
That worked and I've learned something new.
Thank you so very much!
Holly
