I'm using Demo version of Storyline. When I try to get exact Line Spacing Options, that choice is not available in Line Spacing pull down list, just 1.0 1.5 2.0 2.5 and 3.0. Does Storyline have this option?
So googling "how to talk to you manager about upgrading" didn't work out? But the line spacing options that exist in Storyline 1 paragraph formatting are still the same as before.

Help! I have been fighting with Exact Line Spacing. I set it to 24 in the Slide Master and click OK. However, when I return to my slides and Apply the Layout , they are all set to 28.8. I have gone back multiple times in the Slide Master and on individual slides, only to have the same results. Any ideas?
What version of Storyline are you using? Our team fixed this error in Storyline 3/360 in one of our first updates, although it does still exist in Storyline 2.
I have noticed that if I set the line spacing to Exactly 23.5 and then change to 24, it appears to stick. However, if I try going from 23 to 24, it jumps to 28.8.

No problem Mike - they're a bit hidden for sure when in slide master view, I get a little lost myself sometimes in there.

I walked through the steps you are sharing here and I do not experience this behavior.
Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
