how to enable audio record during screen record?

Hi,

 I am a new user of storyline, I love the tutorials very much and I am practicing one by one. there is one tutorial about screencasting, and I found in my screen cast there is no sound, I tried the recording function of XP it is all good, I can hear my voice so the system is good. I searched "audio record" in this website and I found only one solution that is to check the system setting ,as I checked there is no problem here.

here are some pictures,  there is no audio recorded and I can't make change in this window, I hope some one could help me with it, Thanks a lot!

Hi Eva,

Are these the troubleshooting steps you already tried? 

Have you checked to see if you can record audio outside the screen recording feature, and just record your mic? 

 If you're still unable to record and you've already follow the troubleshooting steps previously mentioned can you conduct the repair of Storyline detailed here?

Thank you for your reply! That really helps a starter of storyline!

Yes I had tried the troubleshooting steps. Oddly, I can record my voice only using "record mic", but not in the screencast function. I also had a IT specialist helped me find the problem for quite a while.   After many reinstallments and restartings, we believe there is something wrong with the PC I am using, because another PC is operating just fine, so I applied to have my PC replaced, I think that will solve the problem.
