How to insert a text entry in Storyline 2?

Hello,

I want to insert a text entry in Articulate Storyline 2. I already created a text variable and I know how to add the reference on a page, but I cannot find how to insert the actual text entry in the page. I read the instruction for adding text variables, but I think this instruction was written for Storyline 1, because when I click 'insert' there is no data entry tab. 

Does anyone know how to insert a text entry in a page? Thanks in advance.
