I have to share a project for review with stakeholders outside our organization, and I am having a lot of trouble making the project launch from a local drive.
Even if I make an exception in the Flash settings, the file still doesn't launch, I just get the spinning Flash loading wheel.
Any ideas on how to do this in a fool-proof manner?
You may be encountering security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and/or network, and those restrictions are preventing your content from playing locally.
Instead, I'd recommend publishing for CD. Then deliver your course to the stakeholders via USB drive, network drive, or email.
