HTML 5 Player - Drag and drop bug

I published a course in Storyline 360 using the Modern player and had several reports that the drag and drop reviews did not work. When dropped onto the target, the draggers just snapped back to the list. The issue was in both IE and Chrome. I republished using the Classic player with Flash/HTML5 fallback, and it works.
As a side note, so far I have published 4 courses in the modern player to our LMS, and 3 of them have had issues of one kind or another. So at this point, we are recommending that we use the Classic player.

Hi, Scott. So sorry that's happening!
Any chance the drop target has any transparency? We spotted an issue with Storyline 360's HTML5 output where drag items return to the start point if the drop target is an image with 100% transparency.
If that matches your setup, you can work around this bug by setting the main slide layer to Resume saved state instead of Automatically and replacing the image with a shape with 100% transparency.
If that's not quite right, would you be able to share your drag and drop slide with me here? You can use this link if the content is private. I'll give it a test in a similar environment and let you know what I find!

Hi, Scott. Yikes, it looks like your contact information came through instead of the file. This Peek video will show you how to edit your signature if you'd like!
Could you click this link to open our conversation and use the Add Attachment button to include the project in your reply? Looking forward to having a close look!

I sent to you via private message.
Thanks for your follow-up, Scott!
I searched high and low, but cannot find a support case. When you sent the .story file via this private upload link, did a confirmation email from support@articulate.com along with a case number arrive? I'll look into what may have occurred in the backend. So sorry for the trouble!
On the private upload page, when I click "Upload", nothing happens. The page refreshes itself but doesn't look like anything gets sent or uploaded. I tried several times.
Hi Scott! I'll start a case on your behalf. Keep an eye out for an email from us soon. 😊
