HTML5 quality problems
Dec 23, 2016
I started using 360 for a monthly course we create and i was excited to use the HTML5 first then Flash setting. Well our pilot testers as well as our function testers said that the quality was off and things looks a little fuzzy. Well, i did some testing and exported it to, html5 only, html5/flash and then flash/html5. I have attached screenshots for review. It looks like the flash first version has the best quality of them all. Were there corners cut to make the html5 work? Is this just another thing the QA team has to review to correct? I have attached screen shots of the 3 version i uploaded to Articulate Review. I'm sticking with the flash first version so quality cannot diminished, but i wanted to put it out tot he community to see if anyone else had these issues.

Hi Adam - We have seen a couple of similar reports. Can you tell me the font that you are utilizing and what browser you are viewing the content in? If you'd like for our team to take a look, you are welcome to share your file here.
I will share the file in the link you shared, but for the community, i was using Arial font and viewed in IE, Chrome and Firefox to sample. The Screenshots were from Chrome.
Thanks Adam - I know one report was for Chrome 54, so thanks in advance for sharing so that we can take a look. You are welcome to share the case number here so that I can follow along as well.

Hey Adam - I popped in to check on your case this morning and looks like you found one for the QA Team as well and a bit different than what we were seeing previously. Thanks for reaching out and allowing us to take a look so that we can investigate this a bit further.
