Some of our users are unable to launch a course in IE11 - the "circle of death" just spins and the course does not launch. However, others are able to launch the course in IE11. The course was authored in SL360 and published as HTML / Flash fallback. Will the problem for users unable to launch the course in IE11 be resolved if we republish as Flash / HTML fallback? Will there be any negative performance consequences to our other users who are not currently having problems launching the course? Thanks so much for your help!
Hi Lynn, I have unfortunately experienced this on one of my courses. It ended up coming down to the Flash version / or not that people had installed on their browser. I ended up having to go with Flash with HTML fallback, and yes this worked fine without any reported issues.
Did you look into this article as well? It has some helpful troubleshooting when content isn't launching correctly in Internet Explorer - but I would imagine that'd be impacting all your users if you're hosting somewhere that is forcing compatibility mode.
Thanks so much Ashley - that is useful information!

Thanks for the insights Christine - publishing with Flash / HTML fallback was the solution!
