Importing Engage Interactions

Good afternoon all,

I have been aquainting myself with the Storyline software since our company purchased it recently, and I am having trouble with the Import feature when it comes to Engage.  I've imported Quizzes and the feature works flawlessly. 

I was practicing importing an Engage file from a previous project, and I'm able to select it on the slide and click the Preview Play button in the upper left and it plays in the slide just fine.  I'm also able to click the Edit button and it opens Engage and allows me to edit the interaction as well.  The problem is coming from publishing it, I've published as Web and as LMS, neither are working.  When viewing the course, the interaction slide displays as an empty slide.

I've read the articles published so far here and:

• Have unchecked the boxes to publish for mobile devices.
• Have unchecked all HTML 5 boxes.
• Have the interaction rigged to display automatically in the slide.

It seems as if it should be working, but I am not sure what the issue is.  Any help is much appreciated!
