I am new to Articulate and I downloaded a few free templates from this site. How do I get them to show up in my Articulate system, so I can use them? They came down as zipped files and I saved them into a new folder I created in My Documents.
It sounds like your browser is download the file and appending the extension. Does your file look like this?
templatename.storytemplate.zip
Or this:
templatename.storytemplate
If it has the .zip on the end, rename the file & remove that part so that it looks like this: templatename.storytemplate
Then, double-click the file. This will open the file in Storyline & then automatically add it to your Templates drop-down when you choose to create a new slide.
