We just migrated to office 365 today, and I've been testing the PowerPoint desktop app & Storyline 360, and found some issues:
From the new PowerPoint 365, you can add 3D models & icons in your presentation, and animate them, unfortunatley when importing in Storyline 360 they are not visible. It seems you can only import; own vectors, articulate characters, online pictures and drawings (made with the 'Draw' tab of PowerPoint).
Will it be possible, in future, to import the 3D models & icons into Storyline 360?

Hi there Sara!
Storyline 360 works with 32-bit and 64-bit desktop versions of Microsoft Office 2010 and later, but it isn't compatible with:
Is your version of PowerPoint installed to your local computer, or is it a web app?
So it will work with PowerPoint Office 365 Pro Plus desktop app?
Hi Joyce,
Yes, you should be fine with the desktop app installed.

Hello Joyce! This article details what's supported when importing PowerPoint presentations into Storyline 360.
We don't have 3D models on our immediate roadmap. I'll be happy to submit a feature request on your behalf so we can track the need for these objects!
Thank you Crystal, I'm looking forward to the outcome of the feature request.
