When I create a new project, I do a resize using "story size", and then it becomes impossible to create a quiz, the software crashes when I select the type of quiz.
In rare circumstances, you may encounter an Articulate Storyline Error Report when creating a question slide in some custom story sizes. This issue was corrected in Update 3 for Storyline. Please review the following article for more information:

Welcome to the community, Julien!
That's definitely some unexpected behavior you're bumping into. Please make sure that your project files are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
If Storyline continues to perform erratically on your local hard drive, a simple repair may resolve the issue.
If the unexpected behavior persists after repairing Storyline, you may need to follow the steps outlined here.
Let us know you need any assistance running through those steps.
Thanks, Julien
Unfortunatelly, still not working...
The only solution I found is that I've changed the resolution to 859/644 (instead of 860/645).
Hi Julien,
Thanks for checking back in. Looks like the team is going to have this fixed in the update. In the meantime, you can work around this issue by creating an equivalent freeform interaction instead. For example, if you encounter an error when creating a multiple choice question, add several radio buttons to a new slide, and convert it into a freeform interaction (in this example, you'd use a freeform pick one question).
Hope that helps
