Incomplete Publishing - Mac

Hello everyone,
I recently switched over to a Mac from the PC world and need some assistance on troubleshooting a publishing issue. I'm working with Storyline in Parallels and when I go to publish, it goes through the publishing process like normal, but doesn't fully complete. It never comes to the window where you can select to open the folder, zip the file, etc. It goes through everything and then comes right back to the main publishing window. Also, I know it didn't fully publish because the output files are only partially there.
Any thoughts on this issue? I'm submitting a ticket to Articulate Support but thought I might get a faster response here. =-)

Good Morning, Jamie.
For tips on using Storyline in Parallels Desktop, see this article. Good luck with your project!
Hi Jamie
Are you using parallels? There are a couple of reasons for this the most common is that often the drives on your virtual machine are treated as a network drive, often if I cannot get a course to publish I create a folder on my root for C:\ called articulate and publish to there
Thanks Phil - that's what we just ended up doing and it works great. I'm new to the Mac world and didn't realize that my desktop in Parallels is actually a network drive. Our tech guy created a working folder for me in the root and it works perfectly now.
Thanks everyone!
Glad to hear it Jamie! Thanks for the update
