Hi - I'm trying to import or embed a Storyline SWF file into PowerPoint. I am presenting at a conference and will not have access to the internet so a web object won't work. Can anyone help???
When you publish a Storyline course it doesn't create one single SWF file, so there isn't a simple way to embed it into a Powerpoint. Have you thought about publishing the Storyline course and then using a screen recording tool, such as Replay, to capture it as a video?

Hi Lauren,

I wouldn't even try to import/embed the Storyline project into the PPT, but do this instead:
1. In my PPT, put a slide with a placeholder bitmap for the Storyline project
2. Launch the published Storyline content locally in a web browser (published for CD should also work), press F11 to show the content full screen
3. Launch and run my PPT as usual
4. When I come to the placeholder slide, press ALT+Tab to switch to the Storyline content
5. Once complete, switch back to the PPT.
Or you could follow Michael's very easy suggestion.
Thanks, everyone! I'll be going with Michael's workaround.
Thanks for the update Lauren, and good luck with your presentation!
