You're correct - you are unable to add a web object to a marker. So with that in mind it doesn't seem you'll be able to add a Youtube video to a marker - but I'm going to reach out to our team to see if there are any other creative ideas!
In case it helps I did have another team member share the following idea:
Take the youtube url from the embed code (src="<the url that appears here>") and shorten it with bit.ly or another url shortener. You'll then use the shortened version in the embed code. There may be some weirdness if you try to resize the web object, so just keep an eye on that as well.

Thanks for confirming this Ashley. I used a layer instead. I do like the videos in the markers. Perhaps I will need to look outside of You Tube.

Hi Ashley, I've never used bit.ly? If this is my URL, how should it look:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/JA0Wb3gc4mE
I don't need a full video. Is there anywhere I can get animated shorts? Like a heart beat?
Hi Daniela
do you have a subscription to eLearning Brothers? they have sound fx or here is a link to Audio Micro
http://www.audiomicro.com/tracks/search?query=heartbeat&Category=sound
Hi Daniela,
All you do is visit the bit.ly site and paste in your URL - it changed the one you shared above to: http://bit.ly/1K11kgj
Hope that helps and please let us know if you need anything else!
