Hi! I have never inserted a YouTube video into a Storyline project before, and I'm having some trouble.
The project needs to work in HTML5, so I've inserted the video as a web object. (I've followed all the steps in the Articulate Support tutorial.) The good news: When I publish the project for the web, the video plays perfectly. The bad news: When I send it off to my colleagues for review, they can't see it.
Hi Kay and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! How are you sharing it with your colleagues? This may be where the issue lies. You want to be sure that you are publishing and sharing your Storyline content as explained here.
You'll want to make sure that you're testing the published version within it's intended environment, so your colleagues will need to test a link to the published version as described here. If you don't want to load it to the web (possibly everyone could see it there) you could always use a site like Tempshare which only stays active for 10 days.
