Hi, I want to produce some elearning for our instant messaging / phone management / presence system. (I have just a plain pdf manual on our e learning site and one lady rang up to say the interaction didn't work - so using the elearning must be getting through!).
Doing a straight click here seems really boring, but i don't want to patronise people. Just wondered how anyine else approached this.
I love the stuff other people do and always this k mine looks 'tacky' compared to some of the brilliant professional stuff some of you produce.

So what you are asking about is a way to make the link more interesting ?
You could have a graphic representing the link.
You could have a small (300x200) movie / animation based on screen capturing the m/p/p you mentioned above.
