Sorry your learners are running into this roadblock! I did a quick test and was able to successfully launch a Storyline 2 course in the Articulate Mobile Player on an iPad running iOS 11.0.3.
Since I wasn't able to reproduce what's happening, I'll need your help to narrow down the cause here.
I have a few questions to start with:
Where are your learners accessing the course from? (LMS, website, or Articulate Online)
Are you running the latest update for Storyline 2, update 12? If not, you can download it right over here.
What happens when your learners try to view the course? Are they getting an error message?
Can you share an unpublished .story file this is happening with so I can do some further testing? You can add it as an attachment to a comment here.
