iPad IOS 6 issues in LMS communication

Several of our clients are starting to utilize Storyline and with HTML output having users be able to take courses on their iPad. We did not have any issues with IOS 5 communicating data to the LMS. In IOS 6 there is an issue that the course will play fine, however, communication of data only takes place if "clear cookies and data" has been utilized prior to starting the course.  Is this a known issue and are there any settings or work arounds for this.

Hi Don, 

I dont think that's expected behavior. Which LMS are you using? Have you had a chance to test it in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
