Haven't used Lectora for a while but I believe not. To edit a story file, you need Storyline.
Don't know if Lectora has something like a web object or supports things like the HTML iframe or object tag. If it does, I suppose you could use Storyline published HTML5 output and then edit something like the frame.xml for text changes, though I wouldn't recommend it.
