I changed the computer a few days ago. After installing again Storyline i'm not able to import pptx. I tried all the tips from the articulate and I read all the people cases from years ago. I tried to fixed it several hours but I'm not able.
If importing PowerPoint files used to work for you but now no longer does, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to fix the issue. If the issue persists, reach out to your IT team and have them repair Microsoft Office as an additional troubleshooting step.

Update: I checked all requirements with the local IT and they cannot fix it.
