Issues with completions when I upload to our LMS but it works for someone else to upload it for me.

I'm having trouble with my completions in our LMS.  It also isn't setting a resume point. When I give the file to someone else to publish and upload it works just fine. I'm using the same settings (I believe) but I'm seeing some discrepancies in the files found in the LMS folder when published. 

Please give me any thoughts/solutions to help me figure out what is going wrong.

Hi Jeannette!

I'm happy to help! I haven't seen this type of inconsistency when another author uploads the file to the LMS.

Before uploading the file to the LMS, you'll want to publish the file for LMS in Storyline 360. This will package the content so that it's readable by a Learning Management System. This also gives you the option to select how a course will be tracked. For example, Complete/Incomplete, Passed/Failed, Complete/Failed, or Passed/Incomplete.

If you're comfortable sharing the .story file with us, please use this private upload link! We'll test the course in an LMS environment, and then update you with our findings!

Thank you for responding.  I've been publishing for years and I can't figure out what is going on.  This started just recently in the past couple of months. I've been looking at the files when I publish and it seems that I'm only getting half of the files in my lms folder.  Since this is happening with all of my courses I'll build a dummy course and upload to your link for testing.

I'm getting a bit desperate.  I even did an uninstall of Storyline and reinstalled it.
