My company just upgraded from XP to Windows 7. Unfortunately, any story file we open in Win 7 that was developed in XP completed changes every font. We have several modules that are 500 plus slides and this is a daunting task. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking about using the translation export and using format painter in word but even that will take hours. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
You're welcome to connect with our team in the form of a support case as Phil mentioned. I'd also suggest that you check the slide zoom is set to 100% and that the DPI between the two computers are both set to 96 DPI. Also, if you're able to share a piece of the file here (500 slides probably too big to upload in the forums) I am happy to see if the behavior persists on my Windows 8 and Windows 7 VM. I won't have the Sterling font - but I do have Verdana to at least check that set up.

Hi Joe is the font installed on your windows 7 machine?
Yes, the fonts are Sterling (Company Font) and Verdana.
Sounds odd think you may need to open a support case
Also, if I click inside a text box, the font size shows correctly in the main tool bar.
If I click the entire textbox, the font point size is 3.5 points version.
