I have created an exercise in Storyline and I am able to make use of all navigational tools and video on my iphone using Safari version 7.06. However, my client, who is using Safari 7.02, says she cannot use the previous buttons on some slides and the next button on others, and that the video doesn't play. I find it hard to believe that it's a version incompatibility issue--if that were the case, I wouldn't have been able to design for any clients who used a previous version of Safari. Any suggestions on what else I can do or suggest?
Does she have a different iPhone version than you? There is some documentation here about videos not playing if they exceed a set size on earlier iPhone versions (such as the 3G). You may also want to see what version of iOS your client is using.

Turns out she is using a MacBook Pro with OSX 10.9.2, so now I'm really surprised there's an issue. Any other ideas?
Hi Katie,
Is she viewing the published version locally or within the intended publish environment? You'll want to view within the published environment as testing it locally could cause issues with security and browser restrictions.
Can you check if she's able to try in another supported browser as listed here?
