When I preview my individual slides, the entrance animations work fine, but when I preview as a scene or the whole project or publish it to a local hard drive, a lot of the animations appear jerky.
Also my buttons stick on the hover state when I return the slide, to get round this I have place a slide trigger to change the state to normal, but it only does this on re-entering the slide.
Not a problem, hopefully you can see what I can't :). I am fairly new to Storyline so still feeling my way round.
It's mainly in scene 2, where the animation doesn't seem to work on the second slide and the buttons stay in their hover state when you return to the page...

I'm not seeing an issue with your animations - they look to the same to me on slide 2.2 in slide preview, scene preview and when published. I'm also seeing the visited state on the items when returning to the slide, not the hover state.
Thanks for looking at it for me, yes I am still getting the same issues with the file you published... With that Slide 2.2 the animation doesn't work and the bars come in all in one go and just appear, also the buttons are still sticking.
I took a look at your file in preview and the published output that Leslie shared above, and I didn't see anything that didn't match between the two. Perhaps it's the overall internet speed you're accessing it from? I tested mine just now and it's at about 50 mbps download speed on wifi. If you're still seeing the odd behavior and you're on a fairly stable and fast connection could you record a video comparison of the slide in preview and the published output?

Are you viewing in a supported browser as specified here?
Yes, I have tried it in Chrome, Firefox and IE and I get the same thing across all browsers.
