We are trying to save an existing file and it seems that an image in the file is stopping us from saving it (see attachment Error001.png). We have removed the image from the file but still get the same error when saving. If we try Save As we get another error message (see second attachment - Error002.png).
Thanks Katie, we did import the slides into a new Storyline file and that worked. Mostly we were curious as to what might have caused this issue so we could avoid it in the future.
It's likely that your images and therefore your Storyline files suffered some elements of corruption. It's difficult to narrow down where that corruption came from, but following the best practices outlined here are a good start!
