Languages Arabic and Burmese: issues

Hi, I have two bugs for which I can't find a solution:

1/ Arabic: Impossible to adjust the parameter 'Notification Window>Title Text in the player colors.

I choose white but the title is still is black in the publication (see attached file Arabic_Bug_PlayerColor).

It works with the other languages.

2/ Burmese: some letters are modified when the size of the Window is enlarged - Police Zawgyi-One
