Launch courses on other LMS: ipad, IE and browsers without flash

Hi,
I am developing my own lms, and I have uploaded a course.
When I launch this course from an ipad I get this message: "Unable to connect to the server. Please verify that your device can connect to the internet. Close or Retry."
I have the same error when I try to launch the course on firefox, safari and IE.
In particular in IE I get the following message: "Unable to connect to the server. Please verify you can connect to the internet and relaunch the course. Status Code: 0"
While on chrome the course works well.
My colleague has also tested the course using the articulate lms, and it worked perfectly on ipad, IE, firefox and chrome.
Do you know why I have this problems? Do you have any idea how can I fix them?

Hi Dan,
You mentioned you were creating your own LMS - which sounds like where the problem lies. It might be helpful to the community if you could share a bit more about how you created it, and what's included so that they can help you identify what it needs to read from the iPad or IE.

thanks for your reply, but I managed it alone, unfortunately it was a error due to a wrong launch parameter
