Has anyone stumbled on a way for learners to create variables themselves in a course as they fill in fields, etc. Perhaps, a trigger of some sorts that allows a learner to create a variable from something, so it's tracked later on.
I want a learner to create their own Excel table that they can print. Well... let's just say a table. I want the headers they fill in to become variables, same with the row names and column values. Then they can hit "Print" and it will print, or maybe even generate an email the table elsewhere.
Right now unless I had a variable for each and every cell that populated based on what a learner put in a text entry box there is no way to do that.

Hey there, Justin!
There isn't a built-in way for learners to create variables, but could you share more detail on your goal?

Hi Justin!
That sounds impressive! You're in the right place for design help here in the community.
I haven't seen a similar set up so I'll keep my eyes peeled for any related discussion, and share them here!
