Hi, I have built a course for my LMS and need to track completion - I don't have a quiz in the course so tracking is done by # of slides viewed. I am wondering if there is a way to only make the slides mandatory to view, not any of the light box ones?
If learners don't click on every button in the course they fail, I want to make it easy for them to pass - so that means not forcing them to open every slide...any suggestions?
You can change the number of slides in the tracking options to only track say 32 of 40 slides. Just manually change the amount as you want in the Publishing dialogue box.
Click the Tracking option - slides viewed (image 1)
Use the dropdown arrow to select how many of 40 to track.

Thanks so much! I looked at that a dozen times at least and never noticed that option, duh! This solves my dilemma so easily...
