Lightbox Issue

I can't figure this one out and would appreciate any assistance you may have to offer.

Here is what I want to happen:

User views slide (with screen recording and audio added), at the end of the slide (with screen recording and audio added), I want a lightbox to appear with two buttons. Each button branches to a new scene with a slide (with screen recording and audio added).

Here is the problem I am encountering...

When I set this up and published it, the lightbox pops up and the buttons closesthe lightbox and jump to the correct scenes/slides; however, when the new scene/slide appears the audio plays, but the rest of the objects on the timeline do not play. In fact the seekbar doesn't move at all. It is paused and only will play if you hit the play button.

Any ideas?

Hi Blake!

Hmm. Without seeing the file, I'm not sure what may be causing this. Can you try to add a trigger to start the media when the timeline starts? You may have already tried this, but I figured I'd ask

If that doesn't work, can you share your .STORY file here, or send it over to us privately?

I was able to find the case. I'll take a look and see if I can find a solution. If not, I'll keep an eye on the case to see if support is able to provide some suggestions for you.
