Lightboxed slide problem
Jun 05, 2018
I've run into an interesting lightboxed slide problem. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should be looking for in order to troubleshoot this slide transparency behaviour?
I have the latest version of Storyline360 installed, and I am using Modern Player in Light with Menus & Controls OFF. The course is published to HTML5.
Here's a live preview - click the Disclaimer button to recreate the behaviour.
The How To slide is a screen shot, and it displays well. Other instances of lightboxed slides also have the same transparency issue.
Any suggestions as to how I could fix this would be great.
Thank you.

On the lightbox slide, if you right click in the slide and change the background to a different color or add a picture, what happens?
No changes with either adjustment (background colour, image as background). Both get overridden with the transparent grey.
Here's the new preview, and I've also attached the .story file.
Thank you.
The slide background was set to 57% transparent. Change it to 0% and it works as it should.

Thank you for this Tom. I initially adjusted the transparency percentage on the slide itself, but it looks like I had to do it on the master slide.
The problem is fixed!
I appreciate your help.
