In the meantime, this is not possible yet (hyperlinking text on a slide so that the glossary automatically opens when it's clicked). This is explained by the rationale that when you publish a Storyline 360 course, a URL is generated but there is no unique URL or indicator for each slide or layer.
On the other hand, this desired attribute should make sense and would be a good feature request to send to Articulate's developers.
While this should be in the pipeline, let me cite some alternatives or workarounds contributed by Articulate's staff and community members, willing to genuinely help the people like us. Please check each of these articles:
