In Articulate Player, I've added "Credits" to my menu bar on the top right. I also have alsde that's been created in a different scence with the "Credits"
What I'm trying to achieve is for the learner to click on credits at anytime during the course and it would then take them to the slide created as "Credits".
From your description, you are doing everything right. What doesn't work? I quickly tried this and it works for me too. In my example, I display the credit slide in a lightbox, bit I could have used a 'jump to slide' trigger as well.

I just tried the lightbox slide that you mentioned, I think that's what I was looking for.
