I have a problem with Storyline. I have some pictures with a hyperlink to an URL on our intranet in my course. The URL's are working. After publishing the course the links don't work. Mouseover works - there is a hand by moving to the picture. But there is no action by clicking them.
Are you testing the published content from your local drive or have you placed it within the intended publish environment as described here?
Testing it from your local drive could cause you to encounter some security restrictions from your computer or browser and then the links may not work correctly.
